Lenny Aidefors @lfcindex If Coutinho ends up in Southampton it means he's not good enough. As soon as we are linked with a player he is suddenly a huge talent

He's "answered" (ha ha) variations on that question with the stock answer "That's between PKF and the Creditors"....

Your question is then based on a supposition. the fact of the matter we need some HNW Pompey fans to step up to the plate and they did.

He's not an "attention to detail" chap, is he?!

Why was there a 2 days set aside in December to value fp only for the court case to be adjourned and given a 1 day session and then adjourned again and given another 1 day session, surely if it was given 2 days to start with the next time it comes to court its gonna take the same time, so why go back to court just for another date why didnt they just say right its these 2 days and thats it

14:29 Colin: That is a matter for the court and the judge, I'm afraid.

And, if it's not the council where this extra funding re buying the club is coming from would you care to expand how this money is being obtained please?

14:20 Colin: My pleasure. The club will have debt going forward as I have already explained. Debt is not a 'bad thing' in itself. The re-worked business plan now allows us to buy the stadium up front via a loan and pay it back over a period of time. This is affordable and secures the club's principle asset. It is a good thing.

Wow...he's got a question right.....

14:14

Comment From Tom What are the chances of the -10 points being carried over to next season if this is not sorted by march the 4th (The date for the deduction being applied at the start of next season i think)

14:16 Colin: The bottom line is that this is a decision for the Football League Board. They have absolute discretion to do what they like. It's their competition. Any deadline dates are simply not relevant or true. The FL board has said the deduction will kick in when we come out of admin. If that is, say, March 1, then that would be the day I'd assume.

PST were 'ready' on December 15. The issue was between our property partner and PKF. At the time it was very frustrating. However, the pause may well have worked to PFC's advantage as it is allowing different approaches to emerge which we feel are better for the club in the long run.

Would you like a wet sponge for that?

13:53

Comment From Guest Any indication as to how long the HNW's are preapred to fund the club? Are they unwilling to fund everything that is required hence the current cut backs?

13:55 Colin: PKF are making the decisions at the moment, obviously keeping PST/HNWs in the loop. Of course there is a limit to the generosity of spirit these HNW Pompey fans have shown, but we are confident an end to the process is in sight. The money they have put in so far will then be part of their investment.

Then there is the settlement of the new CVA, which I can't remember how much that is off the top of my head. The evolving business plan for the club for the next 4-5 years remains robust. The more money we raise in capital, the better position the club will be in. Likewise, even if you can buy a share, buy a season ticket. All the additional revenue going into the club will be used on the club...

Can't remember how much they own local businesses, charities and taxpayers..... disgraceful....

Wouldn`t it have been best to liquidate and spend money on a phoenix club rather than try to save what is essientially now a dead duck. The amount of "baggage" that the current club is carrying must make a clean break and a new start more attractive?

13:47 Colin: I disagree. A phoenix club would be a hugely risky venture. Conference South at best. No stadium of its own more than likely. Saving the current PFC, even as a League 2 club is the best bet of getting at least Championship football back in the city.

13:41

Comment From Guest Are the PCC loan conditions able to be met?

13:43 Colin: We are grateful for PCC's willingness make this loan. The key aspect of it was to ensure the club doesn't go into liquidation. We are in that situation at present, so it is an option for us and I feel sure we can meet the conditions if required.

So, the parachute payments will be paid directly to the council (one of their conditions)?

It was always the intention to buy FP on Day One. The cash flows have been worked on and this is now a possibility again. It is the best option from PFC's point of view.

Re-writing history....?
