Nearly £4m according to Maskell....?
"The Trust bid is fully funded and costed for the next 3 – 5 years. The money they plan to put into the club – much of it already in escrow – represents a fresh investment of equity to the tune of £4m"
The Trust seem to be suggesting that they have a choice as to whether to call in the Council loan or not. The fact is they don't have a choice....whilst there are other bids on the table (whether they have "preferred" status or not -i.e. Portpin) then the conditions of the council loan remain unsatisfied. That's why they've had to go down the property developer route - to plug the gaping hole that not being the sole bidder has created in their original proposal.
There was a question asking what you thought of the various people that worked at SMS (catering staff, stewards, ticket office, etc) but, somewhat strangely, no questions about the geezer in charge
Yes, yes....I know we all prefer to moan on internet forums but the club have just sent this out to everyone on the ticket database...fill yer boots...
edit: removed the link as I think it's got one's membership number in there!
When I do team sheets on the build-up thread I tend to put out the team I'd like to see rather than what I think Adkins will go with. I'd like to see what Boruc has got to offer sooner rather than later although I suspect Adkins will try him out vs Leeds next week rather than at West Ham.
Which is why it suggested to me that it wasn't "as advertised"....i.e. why would they be surprised at what they got if it was clearly advertised what they were supposed to be getting for their money (it's also unlawful to misrepresent a product or service in the advertising for it).
Either they got what they were led to believe they would get for their money or they didn't.
