Am I the only one who would start Lallana on the bench and bring him on in the 2nd half if things weren't going our way?
My thinking is that (a) we need to protect him as much as we can if he has an underlying/recurring groin problem, (b) we nearly always play relatively poorly in the first half anyway, even when Adam is playing, so we can maintain that first-half status quo without overly risking him and © Brighton will probably shape up their tactics to deal with a Saints side with Lallana in the starting line-up, thus wrong-footing them somewhat (perhaps)
