I recently re-entered the SLR fold having, somewhat foolishly, been enticed by the compact digital market a decade or so ago. I went for the Pentax k-x as it is branded an entry level DSLR but has full manual capabilities in addition to the usual automated features. I'm really happy with the results produced thus far and would recommend it to anyone as a first DSLR. My original 35mm SLR lenses still work on it whihc is a bonus! It's also one of the cheapest cameras in it's class without compromising on quality. "NOT for the first time this summer, S****horpe United manager Nigel Adkins is being strongly linked with a vacancy at another club. But this time, significantly perhaps, Iron chairman Steve Wharton has declined the chance to defuse the speculation. When Adkins was tipped by the bookies back in August for a possible move to Championship rivals Swansea, Wharton revealed there had been no approach from the Welsh club. But when asked yesterday if there had been any approach now from League One Southampton, the United chairman was a little less forthcoming."

It does seem to fit quite nicely. Not forgetting that Cortese has recently forged a 'friendship' with MK Dons chairman Pete Winkelman over the postponement of our game with them when Markus passed away. A tenuous link maybe but who's to say they didn't have a conversation about the managerial "situation" at SFC and Winkelman sung the praises of Di Matteo which got Cortese thinking...?

Ok, but on condition that you re-credit our deducted 10 points from last season to this season. Deal?
