I saw it suggested somewhere in social media land that they were waiting to see who we are drawn against in rounds 4 and 5 (as per the draw tonight) to see how much room for manoeuvre there was for shuffling fixtures around (i.e. if we drew a team that's playing in Europe, then there would be less scope for fitting things in)

Cheers for finding / posting that. I've just realised I've only ever watched this once... On the day, whilst very inebriated in the Mick Channon suite at St.Mary's and as a result I've got no memory of how the game played out whatsoever! So, I'm now gonna watch it for the second time, but stone cold sober!

Unless he's been injured, Jankewitz seems to have taken a slight step back this season if anything. He appeared on the first team bench at the end of last season with Ralph declaring in interview: "I think he's the next young guy for us" and yet I don't think he's appeared on the bench at all so far this season? I'm assuming that's partly down to us acquiring Diallo, and there's usually only one berth on the bench for a "No.6". However, still no appearance on the bench now that the number of subs has gone up to 9. Would be interested hearing an update on Jankewitz from @LeG

So, 11 days between games now that the Shrewsbury match has been postponed / cancelled... Are we to assume Romeu, Adams and Redmond will be fit to play by 16th? Too soon for Vestergaad? Wonder if Gray will be 'rested' for them....? Fancy our chances in this one.

Maybe the FA are waiting to see who we draw in rounds 4 and 5 to see if the logistics allow for a 'ripple effect' reschedule. In other words, if we're not drawn against teams that are in Europe in round 4 or 5 then they could conceivably bump our 3rd round tie into round 4 week and round 4 into round 5 etc. Dunno, just thinking out loud...
