  1. Try the free demo and find out.
  2. @coalman I said "apart from the database". To say we are rated worse than Leicester and Ipswich, but better than the rest is hardly groundbreaking news.
  3. Not yet, apart from using the database for it, but when I do, I'll be under an NDA, so I can't reveal anything.
  4. My pedantry comes in useful for a database role! 😉😇
  5. It is a volunteer role. I get a free copy of the game, get to play it months before it comes out, free Premier League tickets due to the new license deal and my name is in the credits. I enjoy doing it as a hobby. I have a full-time job as a teacher.
  6. FM26 is the 20th version of the game I've worked on as the game's Southampton researcher. It is going to be a very special one!
  7. Which ones do you think were too good? Saints currently are the 3rd-best Championship team in the FM26 database. That isn't unreasonable.
  8. There has been a two-year gap, with the last version, FM24, selling over 17 million copies. Some huge improvements are on their way for FM26! You can’t complain that this year is simply a ‘data update’! The biggest one that will make the most difference is that Football Manager will no longer be made using an in house engine. Instead it will use all the benefits of the Unity game engine, which will see huge advances in the user interface and the match graphics. Womens football is also making its debut, so you can manage Southampton’s men's and women's teams. Plus, the game now has the Premier League licence for when you get Southampton promoted!
  9. Yes, I've linked to it above this post. Enjoy! 😇
  10. 🤔 They have not played as a trio this season yet. So how does it look 'shite'?
  11. A midfield of Downes, Charles and Fernandes/Rudoni is superb at this level
  12. Here is a transfer for @CB Fry
  13. No, Dylan Moody is now a sub
  14. He has already played wide for us on a few occasions pretty well. It won't be hug the touchline wide, as the width will be from the wingbacks.
  15. Same as the start on Saturday probably 343 Downs central, Archer and Stewart wider
  16. He was in training videos/photo galleries early in pre-season, but is now not training with the main group.
  17. I'd guess he means back-up plan if we don't sign Spertsyan, not signing them both and him being the back-up.
  18. Make it in pennies and Rasmus can count it
  19. Of which Sporting Lisbon possibly get circa 15% of the profit. So a ridiculous offer. Should need to be £50m to £60m, given his ability and 4 years left on contrctact. Saints are in a strong position here as long as there is no release clause.
  20. I didn't say it was on target... but it was an example of them coming close to scoring. Which was his point!
  21. If we don't sign young players in the first place we'll never get to see them in the first team. Sure, some won't work out (like this one it appears), but some will. Not everything in player recruitment needs to be short term.
  22. He is not a Valenciennes player. He is a Saints player.
  23. No it isn't. Ipswich signing a new striker is very relevant to a game vs Ipswich.
