No, it came from a Pompey fan who happened to be sat at the table next to them as this typical loudmouthed agent shouted about his success so all and sundry could hear. Are you saying you aren't paying those sort of wages then? Might be an idea to try and find out, wouldn't you say. By the way, what did I say about Riquelme? I've often wondered where this reference comes from. If I said he'd be signing for Pompey I assume there must be a quote you could post to prove it. There's certainly a post by me on this forum when it was reported that Fahim would sign Eto'o etc saying there was no way we'd be signing players like that. So, post away to prove your point
-
It's a disgrace. He could be in Afghanistan killing "rag heads" and "defending his country" couldn't he Stuey?
-
I'm always perplexed when you keep banging on about me saying we';d sign players like Riquelme when I clearly said that type of player wouldn't sign for us: "Not going to happen, certainly not signing Eto'o/ Villa etc" Post 699: http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?p=391322&highlight=maradona#post391322 I might have posted it as gossip from one of the papers or Tribal but that's because it was GOSSIP. Did you never manage to grasp that? You missed the point. I've never come on here posing as a Saints fan, but Gormless was on a Pompey board pretending to be a Pompey fan. What a ****. If that's ever been posted I've not seen it and my point was that's not what Gormless was saying. He was saying Chainrai would lose preferred creditor status because of the date of the charge over Fratton. No mention by him of any loan to Falcondrone. Pompey fans have been saying for months that the "loan" never actually happened and hopefully the latest court request will prove that. Most Pomepy fans want an independent administrator appointed. The current one is too close to Chainrai. You've only got to read Swindon fans' comments about him and his relationship with their chairman to know he's dodgy and the relationship's too cosy. There are people interested in buying Pompey. Whether they'll follow it through I don't know but if Andronikou stays as administrator it will end in favour of Chainrai, you can be sure of that.
-
Makes me look a **** how Gormless? The whole thrust of your argument was that Chainrai's preferred creditor status would be overturned due to the date he took a charge on Fratton Park. But that's not what the judge is saying, is is? He might lose his preferred creditor status but not due to the reason you said but because he allegedly loaned money to Falcon Drone and not PFC. That's nothing to do with what you were frothing on about so why are you blowing your own blue veined trumpet about something you got completely wrong? As for the Pompey poster you were trying to ridicule (it's not me by the way), I reckon he was pretty much spot on. Chainrai, as a preferred creditor, would have got most of his (supposed) £17m loan back PLUS he would have got Fratton Park to lease for 15 years all for an outlay of £0.00. The "loan" he supposedly made to PFC will no doubt be untraceable. You got the end result right but were way off beam as to the reason why. Finally chaps, for something really embarrassing have a look at post 26 in the thread I've posted the link to where Gormless says on POL "I'm not a scummer". What a **** http://www.pompeyonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55949&page=2

Have to say chaps that most Pompey fans agree with pretty much all of the points that Hutch quoted in this post. The point about Chainrai's money never actually going into the club has been raised repeatedly by Pompey fans and is clearly the issue that could not only **** his plan to fleece us of even more cash than he already has but, God willing, actually see him sent down along with some of the other ******s who have been using the club for their own ends. We tried to point out to Gormless Missile when he posted his "scoop" about Chainrai's ownership of the club and the dates he took charge of Fratton as a potential problem that this wasn't the issue. The problem was that the money he "loaned" the club never actually seemed to reach us (he also denied being a "scummer" and insisted he was a Pompey fan when he posted on POL). Most of us are praying that the judge boots Chainrai's little lapdog administrator out and appoints a completely independent one. If they agree we can go into administration and not decide to liquidate us that is.
-
Actually not Bajer. I did send a fiver in the post to the address listed to join but Granty denied ever receiving it. If Stuey wants to plow every penny of the profits he's made from his Gay Squaddies Dating website I'm more than happy to accept.
-
Stuey, I accept my post was a little simplistic (I was thinking of you when I posted it) and of course some of the stuff you mentiuon will bring in more revenue. But stuff like corporate boxes and concerts don't generate multi millions and most replica shirts aren't sold on match days. I accept a biggger stadium would bring added benefits but my main point was that it's SKY money that pays multi million pound wages these days, not gate receipts. Or would you disagree? Phil, the people mainly responsible are Gaydamak and Chainrai (with Storrie in the pantomime villain role). Do you really think they're going to apologise for using my club to make money? Agree with you on the pre pack bit though £20 tickets are in two small sections only, not all round the ground. Research before you post please Parachute payments £16m a year for two years So any team you play regularly are your "rivals"? That's a lot of rivals
-
ROTFPMSL. That has to be one of the funniest things I've ever read. I bet Man Utd fans still consider you their rivals too. What a mong. This from someone who doesn't consider us his rivals but spends time and money getting reports from company house to post on here with a ridiculously sense of self inflated importance finding a legal flaw in Chainrai's plan only to be shown up as completely wrong. Not only that but as we're not your rivals, why post the same findings on Pompey Online posing as a Pompey fan no less. Nick, do the maths. If we had a stadium the same size as yours and got average 30,000 crowds that would bring in (at an average ticket price of £30.00) an extra £5.7m a year. Enough to buy and pay one average PL midfielder. Bigger stadium would be nice but it's the SKY money that funds wage bills, not gate money.
-
Look Nick, I fail to see why any Pompey fan should feel "shame" that an international gang of crooks have raped our club for every possible penny. We're victims here as much as anyone. And I wouldn't go as far as it's "ruined people's lives" - that's awfully dramatic. But I do laugh at the ridiculous conspiracy theories on here. Just how have the PL "bent over backwards" to help us? Refusing to advance us our end of season cash is bending over backwards is it? Just what have they done to help us? They want us to keep going otherwise the league placings would be affected and I see nothing wrong with that - what else would they want? There's also a load of crap talked about our debt. Yes we owe £18m to HMRC but the rest of the £50m we owe is 90% made up of our "debts" to Chainrai and Gaydamak. No-one in their right minds believes we owe these two ******s anything like that amount and the media always conveniently omit to mention that we also have money coming into the club (parachute payments, outstanding transfer fees for Diarra, Johnson etc). Lastly (and it's my last post today so don't expect any more) on Storrie - there seems to be a belief on here that most Pompey fans idolise him. A few dicks sang his name a while back but he's constantly been referred to as Storrie teller by most for as long as I can remember. People on here are great at taking one or two posts on a Pompey board and assuming that's the view of the majority. For my part, I believe nothing's ever as simple as black and white. Storrie should go because of what's happened to the club but I do know the hours he's put in whilst doing the job and the **** he's had to go through just to keep the club afloat. People say it's all his fault but his point about being just an employee does hold some water. If Gaydamak was saying don't worry and providing the money I don't really see what else Storrie was supposed to do other than suggest caution - which I know for a fact he did. But he's the CEO, it's been a mess and he has to go.
-
PMSL. Who's gloating? As for cheating/ second time - why are you laying the blame for this at my feet (a fan)? I feel incredibly sorry for people who lose outover this and I know a few who are owed not inconsiderable sums by the club. But as a club we've been used by shysters to line their pockets. I've no doubt we'll be docked more points too and the people to blame will walk off with a bank full of cash. It's the fans who will suffer. But I just want to clarify people's comments on here that no-one will buy Pompey. Is that correct?
-
Sorry Girls but just so I understand correctly, are you saying no-one will buy Pompey out of admin and that Fratton Park will be demolished?
-
He may know about middle east business etiquette - how would that help him know what's going on in a deal with south africans and someone based in hong kong? My friend at the club has had nothing to do with the negotiations between this latest group and the club and isn't there today so unfortunately no details available.
-
Look everyone, Phil's ITK. Or is pretending to be ITK but won't actually say what's causing the problem because he doesn't really know. And would then look a ****. :smt033 Come on then Phil, what is it.
-
No-one would be interested in buying Pompey. I know that because so many experts on here have told me and they can't possibly be wrong
-
Couldn't you just ring Noddy and ask if he wants to buy it back off you?
-
PMSL. Talk about rewriting history. You lot "didn't blame" anyone? What a ****ing hypocrite. This board was full of various factions blaming Lowe for not investing, Wilde for overspending, Crouch for not putting his own money in etc etc etc. You spent your time trying to do something and we haven't? What, like the Save Saints charity match that no-one bought tickets for. Or a march to the ground (hang on, who's fans have just done that as well?) Or being the first fans group to actually manage to gain a meeting with the Premier League? As for West Ham's parent company, the slight diference there is they actually have other businesses, unlike SLH which was clearly just Southampton FC. As for selling players two weeks ago, we tried to sell various players like Utaka, Mullins and James. No takers. We couldn't sell the ones who would bring in bigger fees for various reasons (Boateng because he's already played for two clubs this season, Belhadj because he was at the ACN). And the reason we're laying some (not all) of the blame with the PL is because they've allowed a bunch of criminals to take our club to the brink of non - existence. If that was happening to your club would you not be saying they had some sort of duty to police whoever takes control of clubs? Get off your ****ing pedestal for once, you smug ****. Err, isn't the only link to Greg James two years old? Or have I missed something?
-
Good old Stu Retard Saint. Does anyone else who doesn't know him find it surprising when he says he's in his 30's when all his posts sound like they're written by a 14 year old wannabe hoolie? You rock Stuey :smt066

No other club is involved in bailing us out. The money is the minimum we can expect the PL to pay us in August whether we go down or not. Giving Portsmouth the parachute payment made to those relegated to the Championship each season does not make the presumption that the club will go down. It is merely the guaranteed minimum amount Portsmouth can expect to receive from the Premier League on August 1. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1250363/Portsmouth-rescue-mission-Premier-League-set-hand-debt-ridden-Pompey-lifeline.html So, I ask again, what's the difference? It's money we're entitled to, just like you were with the Walcott money and like you, we'd just receive it earlier than originally planned
-
I'll ignore the match as I'm sure it would bring up bad memories for you but let me ask you a question about the money the PL may advance Pompey. Do any of you dispute that this is money that we'll be legally entitled to in just a couple of months anyway? (I assume not as it patently is money we'd receive). Therefore, what's the difference in us receiving this money from the PL in advance to the fact that you pulled forward payments from Arsenal from the sale of Walcott when you were in financial difficulties? Were you "cheating" when you did that?
-
I seem to remember that the last one's I said were interested were an arab and an irish group. Latest reports in the papers said the same thing. Whether it happens or not is another matter but the interest is/ was there Yawn. We had 31,000 when we were in the old Div 3 you funny little Johnny Depp wannabe. It's no wonder crowds are down given the **** that's been thrown at our fans over thre last couple of years. Now be quiet or I'll tell everyone what you once told me in a PM that your dad said about our fans in relation to yours when you were watching us on SKY
-
Still frothing away in excitement I see girls. Still, looking forward to tomorrow and your cup final. Should be fun to start a few chorus' of "when the saints go marching out" and "sha la la". Our future may be decided in the courts next week but there might be a saviour out there. If everything goes to plan have a look in the Sunday Mirror - if you can bear to read the match report that is.

Assuming a new stadium (if it ever happens) is built on the current site The below is for a couple of seasons ago so payments may have gone up by now but given we've just had £7m from the PL it seems we're assured of at least a further £23m at the end of the season. Television revenue for 2007-08 season (2006-07 in brackets) Manchester United £49.3m (£32m) Chelsea £45.6m (£30.9m) Arsenal £47m (£29m) Liverpool £45.4m (£28.4m) Everton £42.1m (£25.3m) Aston Villa £42.3m (£22m) Blackburn Rovers £40.2m (£22m) Portsmouth £40.4m (£23m) Manchester City £39.7m (£21m) West Ham United £36.8m (£21.1m) Tottenham Hotspur £36m (£27.3m) Newcastle United £39.2m (£21.2m) Middlesbrough £34.2m (£20.5m) Wigan Athletic £33.4m (£18.4m) Sunderland £33.6m (£6.5m*) Bolton Wanderers £32m (£24.6m) Fulham £31.3m (£20.4m) Reading £30.6m (£23.6m) Birmingham City £29.8m (£6.5m*) Derby County £29.1m (n/a) http://soccerlens.com/20072008-premier-league-tv-revenue/7415/

Unless, of course, the football side is only part of the attraction and not a development around it that would pay for a large chunk of the stadium cost. A hotel/ conference centre and concert venue for example. Don't forget there's around £20m to come from the PL even for the team that finishes bottom (as we undoubtedly will) plus the parachute payments. My guess is that HMRC will do a deal as long as the club/ PL guarantee their cash will be paid out of the end of season SKY cash. I'm sure they'd rather get their money than wind the club up and get nothing. Whether we'll be wound up or not and whether new owners will come in I'm not sure but I think your lots bitterness to all things blue is clouding your judgment on this one. But there seems to be so many experts on here that I guess you all must be right and no-one will buy PFC
-
Debts supposedly £60m. However, of that, £20m is owed to Chainrai himself and £30m of it is to Gaydamak - and that figure is disputed. So the debts that Chainrai has taken on are nowhere near as bad as you're supposing (it's been widely speculated that he never actually loaned Faraj any money anyway and that it's a scam) so all that remains is to do a deal with Gaydamak and the whole shebang is his to punt on to a new buyer. I posted a couple of weeks ago that two people were interested and one of those is just about ready to do a deal - IF Chainrai can sort things with Gaydamak. It's a funny old world, isn't it girls. I have to say reading you bunch of tarts whipping yourselves up into a frenzy over our predicament is very, very funny
-
Man Utd were attractive to the Glazers - and they're now £700m in debt and rising. Similarly Liverpool. Are you saying it's impossible that someone would buy you, pocket the SKY money for a couple of years, asset strip you and then liquidate you? Is that impossible? Crabby, are you really taking those commets seriously that were undoubtedly posted to take the **** out of one of the many Saints fans who have crawled out of the woodwork and started to pop up on Pompey boards? Should I believe everything that Saints fans write on here? One of them says that the only clubs he considers bigger than you are Man U, Liverpool and Newcastle. PMSL The connections they have to Gaydamak is that they've all sued him in the past. It seems to me that PFC has become a pawn between these guys (Chainrai, Roni Mana, Yuram Yossifoff) and the Gaydamaks. Chainrai was awarded £16m against Gaydamak that's yet to be paid. Why would Gaydamak pay the club £15m? Your claim makes no sense whatsoever
