Personally I think Murty would make a good skipper (not exactly 17 is he). Perhaps you'd like to tell me exactly what quality you have seen in him that makes you think he is skipper material (apart from being a good motivator). I'd be interested to understand what your definition of ambition is? For me 10 out of 10.
