Also, Stephens seems to do alright against the big teams that play football.

How can anyone judge Ralph's man management skills from a fan's point of view? Surely only those under his leadership can He's comfortably kept us up with a team of Championship players every season so far and saved us in the first season. Last season, during our bad run when all the bed wetters on here were claiming how certain we were to go down, we were 60/1 to do so.

It would be utterly ridiculous to sack him now. He should have either gone at the end of last season or he should be given until the winter break.
