Well that was a great end to a great day out with mates it’s what going to away days is all about. Few pints in The Devonshire then to a couple of pubs in Shadwell turns out it’s being knocked down in 2 weeks for flats it had fans from Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs and West Ham drinking together. Ground was ball ache to get to but was better than had heard once in. Played pretty well with not much happening and West Ham looking to hit us on break which they did from our corner! Diblings miss was a shocker , then Big Les equaliser saw mad celebrations and thanks to the fellow old blokes who caught me as my leg gave way and ended up dancing together in utter joy. Defensively better with Downes and Les controlling the middle. West Ham terrible with JWP crab football not helping any quick breaks. Weird girl in blue West Ham fan just filming Saints fans was very odd and enjoyed the chants at her can’t get much attention at home!
