The time it takes to install discs onto the Xbox One is a massive downside imo, reminds me of how slow the PS3 was to for software updates when that came out compared to the 360 software update speed. Hopefully it's something that improves over time. I did want to get a PS4 but my mates went for the Xbox One and online gaming is ****e when you're on your own.
