How on earth would any "written statements" gathered by a club that clearly stands to benefit from them be admissible? Surely the evidence submitted should be kept to what was witnessed on the day? Surely it would be for the FA to gather further evidence if they deemed it necessary?

Surely it’s not up to boro to build a case. They are not the ones prosecuting this. They give evidence of what happened at the training ground and that’s it
