Reed and the rest will be under instruction from Kat. Sell all our players for maximum profit and try your best to keep the fans on side by giving them positive spin. In the meantime, sign a few players for a LOT less than we're getting in. Would be really interesting to find out how much % Reed and others are getting from the sales. Katharina's a smart business woman, she'll have known it's so important to give incentives to your staff to get the desired results. They more they sell, the richer all the board become.

Fair play, that's true. Ok not a complete asset strip as such but definitely stripping our most "saleable" assets. The training ground/stadium and general infrastructure is vital for when she sells the club. But the players are something she can make a quick buck on before she leaves. Of course it's an asset strip, but a player asset strip only.

All this thread does is prove the totty in the 70's and 80's was overwhelmingly disappointing. Most of them would be cleaners or receptionists in today's world.

That quote is just confirmation that when we receive an acceptable bid he'll be off. And I agree he's by far our best player yet looks to go for the least amount. If Lallana and Shaw are worth 25 and 30 mil then Morgan is worth at least 35. He's much more valuable than those two. Better player too.
