Taïder Joins on 1 year Loan & Osvaldo to Inter - Official

Some said that it was £9m as the add ons hadn't kicked in. -
It's in a middle of a field isn't it, about 5 miles out of town? I had heard that it was a bïtch to get to. But I was talking about architecture only, but for £100m on one stand....you sure? What ever anyone says about SMS, it was value for money compared to other stadia.

I get very bored of those who self aggrandize with their ITk-ness. Far better those that just say what they know without the self aggrandizement. It's all appreciated, but come on, we're all Saints fans (although I do have to question if the likes of Richmond are), no need to big things up.

Are we signing someone today or not? If yes I'll lay of the booze. If no, then I'll tuck in and fall asleep.

Amex looks a nice stadium.....nicer than ours, but do they have LEDs?
-
Does anyone know what, realistically, we are paying for Bertrand?
-
Charlie, do you live in or anywhere near Richmond?

No Sharp

So what happens? Does the UCL expand itself, slowly, to play more games at the league stage? That could mean shrinking the PL. And after a while a full on Euro league. I have two questions really.... 1) Would fans, lets say, of Liverpool, be happy going to Istanbul, Madrid, Munich, Milan, Athens etc to watch their away games? I suspect that the average supporter would hardly go to any of the away games due to the expense, and I am sure that the home games will be more expensive, justified by the glamour of it all. 2) If a Euro league does happen, and I think that it will, will there ever be promotion and relegation from that?

2 months. Not destroyed but severely tarnished by the ingratitude and greed of some.

Isn't the CL a bit of a double edged sword? You pay **** loads to get there, and if you fail, you can find yourself in trouble with your liabilities and unhappy playing staff. Or is that rather over stating things? Conversely what would happen to a club like Saints if we did manage to fluke it into CL one year? Would the increased revenue be enough to kick start a push or would it be swallowed up without a trace?

When he was being linked with Chelsea, wern't a fair few of their supporters saying RB was as good as LS, so no need for him?
-
Having been linked with selling everyone, are we now being linked with buying everyone?
-
So potentially could we have..... Clyne / Reid / Rojo / Targett or Bertrand

Ralph said the money would go to signings AND wages. I don't want to get into the big wage game, but maybe we'll have to!!

Wiki states CB/LB but as a number 5, I suspect a Lovren replacement. It seems that we were happy to sell the first 3 but not Lovren, and the value paid for replacing/received from Liverpool, while still seemingly in our favour was not of primary concern (IF this is all true of course). Maybe the board were being up front, who knows - time will tell.

Part of me doesn't want him to come as I am enjoying the doom and gloom mongers incessant whinging. While it is understandable to whinge a bit, the continuous nature of it is boring/amusing/trite etc etc

That's "convenient" for Big Sam. He and the board seemed to be at loggerheads over Morrison and now it seems that Sam was in the right. But...it's such a shame that these kids have no idea how lucky they are and some just **** it away. Too much money at too early an age (or any age for that matter) has led some to think that they can behave as they want and that they are above the rest of us. Not the first person to do this, and certainly won't be the last.

I think people think it was van D because some news outlets are reporting as such.

2012/13 - WBA 35 games 17 goals 2013/14 - Everton 31 games 15 goals. JRod 2012/13 - 35 games 6 goals 2103/14 - 33 games 15 goals So Lukaku has done it 2 seasons in a row, while JRod has only done it for one season. What are people talking about with Jay, £15m? Seems a bit of a disparity there, and to me shows that the common assumption that English players are over priced is not always true. Or rather, it's not just English players that are over priced.
