I have BT Vision now for 7 months after cancelling SKY and up until now have been very happy with it. Today however I seem to have lost all but 31 channels. I rang them up and they are now telling me I need a digital arial installed on the house at a cost of £150. Up until today my BT Vision has worked perfectly on my standard arial which has been up there on the roof for 10 years, what should I do? Surely I don't need to fit a new arial to make it work, considering it has worked great for the last 7 months.
