Even if their squad was worth £50m(which it won't be under current conditions), if they were to sell all of that, their debts are £90m, and then they are not only left with £40m to pay off but also no decent enough players to win anything and gain any money back with. They are doomed!!! The only thing that can save them is if some foolish bored Billionaire comes along(a real one this time), and just injects loads of cash in the short term and completely overhauls everything.

Global Warming or Climate Change which is the term I prefer is based upon trends over many years, not one cold spell. It's the average temperature that counts and over the last decade average temperatures have steadily been climbing. In 50 years time, if we don't stop the effects of climate change, there will still be fluctuations that cause snow and so on, but on average temperatures will be higher. Weather happens and changes everyday, therefore we should not be looking at the weather, but the worldwide climate.

I don't think pompey have the fanbase of southampton, we have the potential to be a lot bigger than them, not that we are necessarily at the moment or recently etc... Southampton is generally the team that people in Hampshire support, whereas Portsmouth is more just a Portsmouth thing(probably because of the 27 year top flight status). Looking back to school and now at college, there were obviously a lot of big four supporters, but besides that the other big supported club is Saints, not pompey... never pompey.

Pompey need to sort themselves out, bottom of the premiership, transfer embargo, owe millions to other clubs, can't pay their own players on time, can't pay the taxman, can't fill their stadium. It's a fiasco! I hope they do sort it out though(eventually at the last minute ), wouldn't want someone to lose their club

I think a couple of new decent players can be good, inject a bit of excitment and freshness into the team.
