Been following jayrod a little bit after all the speculation during the window. Have to say, he looks like a quality striker scoring different types of goals. For his age too, this guy looks very, very decent. If we got him or/and say hooper (too), I would have no hesitation in saying Cortese is going for a top half finish.

I would be hopeful of the following doing a job: Davis: is a confidence player and when it's low, coming for the ball can be a horror show. Usually, (as of recent times) he is a great stopper with reflex saves. Great stuff. Fonte and jos: I have no worries. Fonte is an all rounder and jos is consistent and reads game very well. Treating last game, 3rd goal in isolation, even with the lack of pace, his positioning compensates for this. Fox: has come on a great deal and a few of his recent games, he has shored up his positional play AND added some aggression to his game, I thought he was fantastic against Donny. What a beautiful crosser of the ball too. Morgan: one of our 3 most important players, alongside adam and Rickie. Cork, has it all, needs to progress but won't just make it, will be a top English central midfielder. Lallana: will play for England Rickie: the best target man in the English game. Lee: Brett ormerod with skill and a shot. Top class striker, as I'm hoping we will come to find... So, Davis Jos Fonte Fox Morgan Cork Lallana Rickie Lee. My premier league stars in waiting.

Interesting but you'll lose the industry lallana provides on the left, whilst Chaplow before injury showed he can be dynamite on the right. Deridder is also there, whilst Guly on his day playing on the right does help the team play nice one touch triangle football.. Fox has a wicked delivery on him but lacks the technique in beating players. Just makes you think, what if lallana had real pace, the boy would be a world beater!

De ridder, with time, will come good! He's got all the ingredients, when they all click, we will have a very effective footballer on our hands. Heck, Henry was **** for half a season before becoming one I the leagues all time best players... Not saying his talent is akin but, he's had too much stop start and also butterfield never passes to him.

Am hopeful on Stephens but you can't expect him to be a ready fully fledged right back alongside Frazier next season, the way we bring youth through at this club is a tried, tested and most importantly successful process. We should stick to it. Another rightback for that second slot please.

Agreed here. One thing you could guarantee is he will not shy away from giving 100% Whether this is good enough is however a different matter. Good honest pro, however he is.

Sharp is a much better overall striker than Barnard and I am sure he will come good. Just taking time to get fit and settle. Ironic as the forum know it alls, not mentioning any names (HYPOCHONDRIC) were arguing for sharp in place of lee on grounds that he sharp would settle quicker...

Am unsure about Guly, so another pacy striker alongside lambert, lee and sharp would be good. Don't think Barnard is in Adkin's long term plans, a centre back with pace, a winger, another box to box midfielder to replace Hammond and perhaps a right back to compete with Fraser. Stephens too young and butterfield isn't going to cut it.. All in my opinion of course but would be happy with this. A striker Central midfielder Winger Centre back Right back.
