100% agreed. We didn't utilise lambert as much as we perhaps could have, seemed as though we were more intent on finding 5ft and a bit sharp with the long ball! Credit to billy though he showed fight, as did lallana. Though Fonte had a good game too

See your point but it's not a retrospective poll, it's a current one. Like I said earlier, if you asked the 24 clubs who they'd rather have in their team out of Rickie and whitingham, I reckon just one club would say whitingham and that's Cardiff. The fact that Rickie got more votes in the poll suggests people CURRENTLY value lambert higher than whitingham. This is decisive.
