In 2007, when he was at S****horpe banging in the goals, have you asked yourself who was manager then in arguably the richest vein of form in his career...?
Lastly you mention a poor goalscoring record but despite being out injured for much of this campaign he has scored 15 goals in 28 games in a team which just escaped relegation so maybe those are a few reasons why he's getting a mention.
