Too little, too late. Not going to make a blind bit of difference, we're done in this league. This season is now solely about avoiding '9 nil' records and the like - total and utter pathetic mess.

If Ramsdale gets us 12 points, how many are the rest of the team going to get us, because right now we will struggle to get much past 15 - 20 points.

I don't know what to say. We won, but we were pretty awful to be honest, and we had huge slices of luck throughout the game. Without the luck Everton would've won easily. Not sure where you go after a performance like that, no doubt the manager will wax lyrical over bravery and possession, but I'm afraid I'm unconvinced. Maybe if we go away to Wolves next week and actually win again, I may start to convert. I guess it's a bit shyte when your aspirations and 'targets' are simply trying to overhaul the worst Premiere League records ever set.

I can't get at all optimistic about this one. Whenever anybody says Everton at home to me all I can see is Peter Crouch shooting lamely at the goalkeeper with minutes to go, and then the inevitable happens. It's like a bad, bad dream. Saints 1 Everton 2.
