You say he's a passionate character but that passion doesn't seem to transfer to the pitch this year & the players have to take some responsibility for that but maybe it just isn't working maybe the players have lost a little respect for Ralph what with weird formations & dropping players for the Shane longs & Redmond's of the world & making players play out of position

Well i see it in simple terms (in my long winded way) as making the right decision when near goal be that passing to your team mate whos in a better position to score, taking just one touch and shooting first time yourself or making the right decision in defence if you are a defensive player be that spotting the danger and clearing however you can or making an important tackle at the right time. It is not doing a redmond: aimlessly running into the opponent's half trying to beat their whole team single handedly while either giving possession back to them or fluffing a shot out the stadium. And no your right I dont have a football brain as must supporters dont but we all think we are experts! 😉

we never really replaced tadic did we? desperately need some creativity, Elounousi is nowhere near as good as Raplh thinksbut somehow starts, and dejenepo & redmond have no football brains

Seems not just fans are concerned about our form, pundits saying we won't get enough goals between Adams and Armstrong (I know they always predict we will struggle) bit this time I think they are right... Those two aren't going to provide enough and we don't have that many players that can chip in with five or six goals either. I fear the gamble on a championship striker might not pay off, broja looks fairly decent at times but don't think he can burden the responsibility. I just feel RH has played everything in the book he knows and is a little devoid of ideas
