I don't think Sundays performance had that much to do with MP, he was summoned to a meeting, I think the board mainly LR basically told him the team lineup (spelled it out) & attacking formation, substitutions & tactics have to improve fast or he's a goner! Why did Les Reed big Pellegrino up so much & promise so much? saying that we would be back to pressing other teams closely & exciting counter attacking football! We've been the complete opposite of that & surely he has dug his own grave with two bad appointments in a row now?

I don't buy that he will come good in January, we have the players to be doing a lot better than we are. This time we need to take decisive action sooner rather than later or we could be in real trouble, reed took a huge gamble on pelligrino his CV clearly wasn't any better than puels & it's backfired majorly.
