He's got some good ideas and certainly won't stand for underperforming players he is young and hungry for more success... It's either a master stroke or another serious misjudgedment. Noone is going to turn an unfit team with an inground losing mentality and an poor attitude overnight we need to give him time 15 games or so before we judge... I know he's not popular with everyone on here but could a returning Che Adams do a good job for us in the championship? I rate his qualities and determination at holding the ball up in midfield and he is capable of a wonder strike or two, yes he misses some sitters but don't they all! certainly a better option than AA or Archer I feel
