  1. Dunno, a quick google search shows he's been commenting on Saint newspaper articles sensibly for months, why choose now to reveal himself on the forum? I do concede the posts are pro new board leaning but so are a lot of the posters on here
  2. Wow, very cool, you're right, we can beat ffp with player sales. Interesting, thanks man
  3. Ok, here's how Deloittes defines commercial revenue in football "sponsorship and merchandise" I really don't think transfer fees can be applied Bear http://www.businessofsoccer.com/2014/02/18/how-do-soccer-clubs-make-money/
  4. Hah, think it's fairly clear they mean sponsorship deals Bear
  5. Again, the very website he claims as a source says the increase may only be 4mill plus any increase in commercial deals pretty sure transfers do not affect the cap in any way whatsoever.
  6. Not sure you can actually, not from anything I've read anyway.
  7. Probably Cork, loving the exclamation points by the way.
  8. To be fair, the guys in the know haven't been very encouraging about Morgan staying post Kreuger's comments.
  9. Good.
  10. To negotiate good fees when our players leave.
  11. To be fair we rig every Pompey poll
  12. So did Chambers and Lallana
  13. Why would you tell us that? I could explain away Arsenal as following Chambers, Spurs for Poch? Trying to give us an aneurism otherwise?
  14. This coming from a member of the Wright fan bus?
  15. Who would have thought that selling all our players to the point where our relegation odds are slashed would discourage potential incoming transfers? Mystery that.
  16. That's brilliant MLG, ok yeah he's **** and yeah he's slow but he's only 29, room to improve, thanks for that one
  17. Fees are even more inflated in Jan and we're likely to lose Morgan and possibly Jrod, I imagine it will not be a pleasant window.
  18. I'd be quite happy with Samaras on a free.
  19. Still, the bookies figure we are only 20% likely to go down, I'd take those odds.
  20. http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/relegation Highest odds I can see for Stoke are 10-1.
  21. A real possibility if we strengthen with our supposed 70 mill, (which is what I think everyone is saying), at the moment we are deep in it.
  22. Didn't Cortese flat out say "we do not believe in loans"? Ah, the times they are a changing.
  23. Another loan, taking us to our full loan quota, on the plus side they'll have to actually start buying players after him.
  24. Just going on what Guan said Batsy.
  25. Definitely the two loans as part of the Osvaldo deal, ok c'est la vie then. If, as Guan says, the 70mill includes wages then on an average of a 3 year deal at 30k per week our 4 incomings will knock 19mill off the transfer kitty, so we should still have another 50 mill to spend (less agents fees), average of 12mill a player? We can get very decent quality for that.
