Big clubs can just get around it by securing stupid commercial deals (which is now happening) and we can grow our wage bill by a mere 5 million a year + commercial revenue, in context that is about 3 decent players a year we are allowed to add ignoring commercial income (and assuming no departures or increases.) Liverpool have added a stupid number of players on big money and we can never compete with this.
