I had to cancel a hotel booking today which should have cost me £156, the girl I spoke to asked for my postcode etc, when it came up Southampton she asked did I support Saints, on replying yes she said she was a Pompey girl! oh **** I thought no chance of cancelling it FOC. However she was really helpful and understanding, she contacted Hotel direct and no charge was made for me to cancel it. Surreal being so thankful to a Skate perhaps her Dad used to watch both teams back in the day.
