i had similar problems to DD. my wife noticed that i used to stop breathing in the night, in between snoring, and would wake up feeling more tired than when i went to bed went to a specialist, and they rigged me up to all sorts of leads and monitors and sensors, and discovered that i stopped breathing over 300 times during the night. so basically i was only ever asleep for about a minute or two they gave me this machine which gently pumps oxygen into you to keep all the airways clear, result of which i have slept like a lamb for the past 3 years, the difference is amazing, and people who know me noticed a huge change in personality as well oh, and a side affect, no snoring for mrs keith to put up with
