he has been charged with improper conduct according to bbc website. but i dont think the hearings for managers get heard as quickly as they do for players
-
that is a ****ing scandal if its true. did the pl not learn anything from their carlos teves **** up? there would be lawsuits all over the place
-
not so sure about that, i think liquidation suits them better. what they are owed is all tied up in the land they own, therefore its in their financial interest for their to be no football club, so they can develop the land if they go into admin and restructure the debts, they either have to wait a very long time for their money, or get less than they are due. or both. if the go into liquidation the development can start quite quickly

well to be fair to her, she cant take that into account, its not much to do with the law of the land. she has to be seen to be being fair to them, so is saying to them, ok, you reckon you have got buyers and are not insolvent, im giving you 7 days to prove it to me, otherwise im going to bend you over she knows they have virtually zero chance of doing this, but has to be seen to be fair, due process and all that. but be assured, these 7 days are the last extention they will get
-
5/2 to not compelte their fixtures:o **** me, i having some of that. now wheres this months mortgage money
-
and the judge basically agreed that they were insolvent, but has given them 7 days grace to prove they are not. in these circumstances, she is actually taking the **** out of them by given them 7 days. if there was any hope for them, she would have given them at least 28 days, as she did for southend and cardiff by given them 7 days, she is basically laughing them out of court they have got NO chance
-
thanks. i think you are what researchers refer to as an outlier

love this quote from the judges transcript. apologies of this has already been posted Court registrar Christine Derrett said she feared the company would continue to trade and build up more debts that would not be paid. "I am very concerned about the financial status of this company," she said. "It seems to me there's a very real risk that this company is undoubtedly trading while it is insolvent. "I'm obviously conscious that, by making a winding-up order, it would have very severe consequences not only for the company as a business but for the supporters themselves, but that's not a consideration that I strictly take into account." the are foooooooooooooooooooked royally. 7 days of re-arranging the deckchairs, then the monster sized iceberg hits them

that chester article is a bit of a red herring. i think they were already in administration, and looking to finalise a CVA agreement. pompey have not gone this route yet more importantly, chester were offering creditors 92% of what they were owed, which is a huge amount, and barley insolvent. also the revenue debt was only £26k there is no way pompey could offer 92% to their creditors, where the fook would they be getting circa £57million from?
-
 yeah of course they will, in the same way they're so helpfully giving sound advice to BA's cabin crew at the moment i suspect where bridgey works has no union representation or official recognition

something along the lines of this i should think Storrie "we'll give you £0.5m now and you stop the petition" HMRC "Nope, wrong answer, try again" Storrie "we'll give you £1m now and you stop the petition" HMRC "Nope, wrong answer, try again" Storrie "we'll give you £2m now and you stop the petition" HMRC "Nope, wrong answer, try again" Storrie "we'll give you £3m now and you stop the petition" HMRC "Nope, wrong answer, try again" Storrie "hmm, wait there, i better make a few more phone calls" HMRC "thats ok, we're not going anywhere"
