looks like they are going to get out of it. seems as though Chainrai is coughing up the money to HMRC http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/leagues/premierleague/portsmouth/7190308/Portsmouth-seek-stay-of-execution-against--winding-up-order.html

thanks, i appreciate that. i thought id covered the bundled package under the price bit, but i guess convenience comes into it as well. which going to be the point of the research really, is it too much aggro for people to switch, and the ones that do, why

im just starting work on a research thesis about why customers switch broadband providers im just trying to list the factors which people take into account when they choose an isp in the first place. so far ive got price per month / package contract length equipment provided usage allowance speed customer support reliability of service brand reputation anything that ive missed? (appreciate that recommendation often comes into it, but that would usually be based on one of the above factors)

agree with that. i took in a proper game of football yesterday, crawley town v cambridge. could stand or sit where i wanted, and although the skill wasnt there, it was a proper game. could even smell the linament in the stands £13 to get in, £2 to park, £1 for a cup of coffee, and £2.30 a pint in the supporters bar afterwards

dont cry John, at least you dont have to pay for it like i do

his only real options are B or D. A would be total madness, no one can surely be that insane. and C is not going to happen in the current mess, or it would have happened by now his only serious options are to let them be liquidated, or let them go into admin, and pray that his charge over the ground stands up either way, he is going to lose millions. either he chooses to lose a load now and cuts his losses, or he gambles that he might make a return in 5-10 years if he chucks in another £50m

im going to buy poopey if i win the £85m on euromillions tonight. just for the sheer pleasure of changing their name to Southampton Reserves Limited, and standing in the directors box in a red and white shirt

George Michael sums this all up quite well "These are the days of the open hand They will not be the last Look around now These are the days of the beggars and the choosers This is the year of the hungry man Whose place is in the past Hand in hand with ignorance And legitimate excuses The rich declare themselves poor And most of us are not sure If we have too much But we'll take our chances 'Cause God's stopped keeping score I guess somewhere along the way He must have let us all out to play Turned his back and all pompey's children Crept out the back door And it's hard to love, there's so much to hate Hanging on to hope When there is no hope to speak of And the wounded skies above say it's much, much too late Well maybe they should all be praying for time"

hmm, im not so sure, its only the creditors that can do this now, not the directors, and the creditors i.e. gaydamak and chainrai, have indicated they arent in a hurry i reckon they will lose the winding up order, but get 28 days to come up with the money, and somehow will struggle on to the end of the season but get relegated, and then feel the full force of the evil doctor mahwinney
