I don't 'rate' anyone for violent acts, except boxers and professional fighters (And even then it's not something i'd personally go out of my way to watch.). I certainly do not 'rate' ****ed up plebs. I truelly wish Southampton were 'rated' for hooliganism and not my club, it's a badge i'd gladly let you have.

Big difference between a Pompey accent and a London Accent, though clearly heavily influenced. Truth is Portsmuffians, in particular Portsea Islanders have always had a different accent to you Hampshire Bumpkins. Also Portsmouth tend to consider itself more a municipality than a part of Hampshire.

No, not many fans would. I've never bought into the 'Best Fans' status, however sometimes (not very often) I feel proud of my fellow fans, that night being one of them, I guess you had to be there to understand, it's not something I'm going to be able to explain, no Saints fan would ever wish to acknowledge it even if I could.

I really look forward to Corps posts, to me, it's people like Corp that make messageboards worth reading. He stirs things up on here, i'm too bloody polite, I have all the worst intentions, but don't get it right (A bit like Viz's Pathetic Sharks), if I had the ability to get under your skins in the way Corp does I'd do it, but it just aint me. In some ways Corp is almost like an analogy for PFC, most of you want him to dissappear forever, but trust me, you'd miss him when he's gone!

Pompey has plenty of minority groups you can choose to be unpleasant about, should you wish, but for some reason many of you always choose to pick on 'pikey's', Southampton has a rich and proud gypsy heritage, my wife works in a Southampton School and around 10% have entered romany gypsy as their ethnicity. I wish more Saints fans, some who will read this very post, would make a stand against ill thought out comments which are derogatory to a large section of Saints own support which goes back generations. When aiming your jibes at Pompey I suspect your picking on a stereotype of the low income, white, housing association demographic, of which Portsmouth, like many urban, often deprived areas has a significant population, if you like picking on people who probably have not had many of the advantages we have, then that's up to you, but don't call them Pikey's, because it's incorrect.

Nick, Negative 'S***' has a funny effect on the non-hardcore. Ask the 5,000 that dropped off your average in 2009. 16K last year wasn't it? Down from 21K the year before, a whole Quarter! Now, I'm not knocking that (16K), thats a good CC Crowd, one that pompey won't match next year, but the point i'm making is, your fanbase is effected by 'S***' every bit as much as ours, indeed, any club in the land. You may still get a Season ticket, as will I, but because to many 'S***' isn't very enjoyable, many won't. Your crowds are up again because your doing well. Should Pompey next year have a season like Saints in 2009, then we'll do well to get 10K, however if you honestly believe that Pompey won't sell out if we're on a promotion run with a feeling of genuine optimism, then you'd be wrong.

No, its extortionate and I don't think many Saints fans recognise that. 30,000 gives you alot more scope for a sensible ticketing policy, something Pompey have not had the luxury of.

No, I stayed home, my missus took her mum instead, I'm really poorly. Well, I'm disappointed with the game, should of been 2-0 at half time. However, in the grand scheme of things it's the right result and should force some issues. The good thing about all this (If there is a good thing), Is that relegation holds no fear, it's the liquidation that concerns me.
