all together now.... "WE WON IT ONE TIME, WE WON IT ONE TIME, THE JOHNSTONES PAINT TROPHY, WE'VE WON IT ONE TIME"
-
i agree, was just working on the rumour that Fox is playing left back, one thing he can do is put a decent cross in, which could be vital tonight.
-
He's not a FM researcher for no reason you know. I thought it would be obvious people were on about if Fox is playing left back, clearly not.
-
If Fox is playing left back obviously, as per the rumour. FFS

Stop talking boll ocks you negative posters. We are already bigger than Everton, we just dont have the stadium to reflect our fan base and Chelsea levels of investment to attract the 20,000 fans that are guarenteed to start supporting us if we did, yet. And we are much bigger than Leeds too, dont forget they only got 36,000 for an FA Cup fifth round replay that was live on telly in 2010 against Spurs whilst we pulled a whopping 28,000 for a game against Man United in the same year in the earlier rounds. We are F*CKING MASSIVE you clowns and much bigger than Leeds, Everton and tiny Villa with their pitiful crowds depsite having a bigger stadium.

What's his pace mark on FM bear? Lets see how accurate MLG is....
-
What do you propose as the answer then?
-
Maybe Fox left back Shaw at left mid?
-
except he didn't do that did he.
-
this cant be true, he is a cluesless wan*er who doesn't know what he's talking about.
-
Dont bring Billy and Tanadari Lee into this FFS.
-
Because the players will look into the crowd and see people wearing the wrong colour and assume that the fans are lazy and half hearted, if they cant be bothered to wear the same colour the teams play in why should they be arsed to put any effort in either?
-
We are almost there already. We already have arugably as many match going fans as Everton, we have Corteses ambition and investment and a champions league standard training ground not finished. We have champions league standard posters around the stadium and champions league standard season ticket DVD packaging. We have a mad scramble for tickets for every home game and as we can see from the recent non sell outs, it's already back to the stage where people dont think they'll get a ticket so dont even bother trying, it seems like Cheslea we too have magiced up 20,000 extra fans from somewhere, we just need the stadium expand to fit them all in now. With our huge catchment area which covers something like 3/4's of the globe now the only thing that remains is a Yank to sign and sit on the bench for a few months and Southampton will be truely global. So much off the pitch is already champions league ready as we can see. Couple this with the undeniable evidence that man certainly did climb Everest AND walk on the moon, despite people saying they wouldn't and some might say that not only is the champions league achievable, our unstoppable march to it is on the home straight.

careful fella, you'll be accused of trolling and not liking him because he's Japanese by some of the helmets on here.
-
Why was it trolling? When has he played well this season? Name the matches. The managers seems to agree with me as he cant get near the team the team this season. As i've said before, he looked good last season again mid to lower table championship sides, so did Danny Fox. Dismiss it as trolling if you like or your already ridiculous suggestion that I dont like him it's to do with him being Japanese when i'm already on record as saying Yoshida is an excellent signing which kind of p*sses on that accusation doesn't it, nice try though. It's not a case of not liking him, it's the case that i dont rate him, because he's done nothing to suggest he is a premier league player. Same as Steve De Ridder. Same as Ryan Dickson. Same as Jos Hooliveld. Same as Danny Butterfield. Still dont that that get in the way of your spouting bullsh it. Name the games where he's played well. Tell me what he's done to suggest he can be good enough. Tell me.
-
Other than be absolutely sh*te in every game he's played this season you mean?
-
So when you said in the past 'it's arguable that we have more match going fans than Everton' what you actually meant was that if we had a ground the same size as them and were as successful and has the same investment as Chelsea then and only then might it be arguable we had more match going fans than Everton. Not that we do right now which is what you have said in the past. Yes? So as usual utter Bol locks from you. Glad we cleared that up.
-
How out of context can you take someone saying 'its arguable we have more match going fans than Everton'? The statement is pretty clear.
-
You have said before 'its arguable that saints have more match going fans than Everton' we have never in our history averaged more than them in a season. So you are wrong as usual. I'm not going to find the post which I Know you'll ask me ask me to as i can't be arsed to go back through months of your nonsense to prove a point on a mongboard no one except you cares about or believes is true.
-
So do you think Chelsea only got crowds of 40k upwards after investment? Or did they just find 20,000 extra fans?
-
Yes i did. Do you think Chelsea only got crowds that big post 95 or not?
-
So you think Chelsea never got crowds that big before, only when they started getting investment in the mid 90s?
-
If you think Chelsea suddenely found 20,000 fans then you clearly dont have a clue what you are on about.
-
No it doesn't. Every game against your relegation rivals when you're in a relegation battle is a must win game isn't it? You said yourself if Saints were a top half club they'd get bigger crowds than if they are battling relegation. Yet now it seems you are unwilling or unable to answer if they'd get a bigger crowd when playing a relegation rival or if they were playing them whilst sitting in 8th place.
