  1. Is it a well known racist chant then? Why are you being personal just because I have pointed out you are clearly a judgemental type quick to leap to conclusions. It's not my problem, it's yours to deal with.
  2. Bristol rovers 0 southampton 4 match report for the first part. Attention seeking mongboard posts for the second.
  3. I love it that everyone is quick to criticise and be offended by this chant. It could simply have been referring to the fact that Anton Ferdinand is not a very good defender and after his performance yesterday he certainly will know this. Maybe they were actually complimenting him on his self awareness and his fine character, determination and th bravery shown to take on the England captain in a courtroom. Oh no, we must assume it was racist and that these people were morons rather than fine upstanding soccerball fans either giving a player s bit of light hearted ribbing or actually praising him for his fine personal traits.
  4. Guly was not an Adkins signing, he was signed towards the end of the transfer window when Pardew was still here and was on the bench for Pardews last game, away at Bristol Rovers. Rumour has it, Guly being signed without Pardews knowledge was another cause of a fallout with Cortese, just saying like.
  5. He is called Bradley and lives in a bedsit in Slough. Ugly Inside FACT
  6. Why should we believe it then?
  7. Can you prove this?
  8. Exactly my point. We shouldn't be relying on 17 year olds.
  9. Luckily he has been. How many 17 year olds look way out of their depth though, regardless if their talent?
  10. Adkins is now in charge of the team HTH
  11. Huge risk gambling on a 17 year old with hardly any first team experience though isn't it?
  12. No, he's been in the side since Adkins has taken control. Anyway, all I'm pointing out is that suddenly a 17 year old with about 5 first team appearances is being credited with being a key player. And a huge factor in our improvement. I don't agree with that and I would suggest it's rather worrying if this is the case.
  13. Do you have proof of this?
  14. Absolutely. As a manager with nothing to lose he correctly told 'the committee' to wind their necks in and look at the results.
  15. For some of the season then.
  16. If you're good enough you're old enough, no problem with that. But we shouldn't be relying on kids to save us.
  17. Perhaps. The point I am making in people are saying that we are playing so much better now Shaw is in the side. I'm merely pointing out he has been available all season and its a little worrying that we are lauding an inexperienced 17 year old as our saviour.
  18. Continue Philip.
  19. Isn't it worrying if we are relying on 17 year olds with no first team experience until now to be key players and turn around our from?
  20. He played at Stevenage so was fit then, I know he did have an injury/virus but its not true to say he had only just become available and this is one of the reasons for our upturn in form.
  21. Shaw has been available all season, in fact in the two games before WBA Reeves came on at left back. Why is he suddenly now a key first team player?
  22. This for me highlights the racial divisons at the club. I've heard that there as an undercurrent of racism at the club and here it is clear for all to see. The black players have their backs turned to the white players and Clyne is the only one who appears to be actively celebrating, meanwhile the white players look all range of emotions from Lallanas forced smile to Corks abuse and the confused look on Fontes face, not sure if he should celebrate the goal scored by the black player or not. Usually when a player scores they hug or shake hands, it's evidence here that none of the white players want to touch the black players. Worrying times indeed.
  23. No no no!!! This is not how mongboards work! When it's a rumour we all agree and like its definitely true, when its one that we don't like we need proof and evidence, we need a direct quote from someone saying this is the case, even if it risks their jobs, reputation etc.
  24. Funny isn't it. One person says something and its given credence, someone else says exactly the same thing and they are a heavy agenda monger!
