I doubt they pay normal tax they aren’t paid permanent employees they are contractors for a fixed term, there will be all sorts of tax dodges their accounts will pull, we had contractors in my last job earning big money (obviously not premier league footballers money before any of the dickheads on here get excited) , they were only paying about 18% tax
