This is true, but it’s still a pretty shocking way for a leader to behave. and if he was pushed three times and is only saying it to appear to be a good guy not what he believes for his own popularity or votes (I guess you know all about that) then he is weak and does get bullied, which isn’t a great sign for a leader of the country.
