  1. Remember it’s a different sport, it’s very entertaining in its own way
  2. No problem have a good evening pal 👍
  3. Anyone remember this kit? Before the days of official 3rd kits and changing every season. This must have been c83/84 red and white home kit, light blue and dark blue away kit. IIRC we wore this 3 times away to Blackburn and Sheffield Wednesday in the FA Cup and this picture looks like away to QPR on their plastic pitch as the other teams wore blue and white shirts
  4. Up from 57 the previous 4 days the week before. so 28 more incidents in a country of 60m. Wow. That sounds like a cauldron of xenophobic hysteria 🤣🤣
  5. Indeed I wouldn’t say 85 incidents of xenophobia in a country of 60 million people is a lot at all, despite the dramatic headline attention grabbing claims of a 57% increase still this made me chuckle sort of thing I imagine Sog would do, who must spend all day every day on this forum given he liked a lot of posts today within minutes of people making them 🤣🤣 “By Monday afternoon, the reception desk had been inundated with flowers and cards from locals expressing solidarity and good wishes. One of the cards read: “Dear Poles, I am so sorry to hear about what happened yesterday. We, the Brits are grateful to you for fighting alongside us in the war and now for the enormous contribution you make to our society. We love you.”
  6. Was there any trouble in Naples? Despite all the hype it seems none at all
  7. Your interpretation was the country voted fo leave because people were in xenophobic hysteria? So why pretend you think there were many other reasons why people voted to leave? Just be honest, you think a lot of people voted to leave are racist.
  8. Oh come on, don’t you ever go on social media? Since the referendum there have been many many people who voted remain revelling in any shred of bad news very much in an I told you I was right way.
  9. So why did you claim the nation cut its nose off to spite its face in xenophobic hysteria?
  10. ah of course everyone that voted leave is a xenophobic racist who hates their own kids more than immigrants In the nordics There don’t seem to be people desperate for the country to go to shit so they can sit there smugly saying I told you so either.
  11. It’s interesting that on my recent trips to Denmark and Sweden people of a similar age, employment and background to me all have exactly the same gripes with their country and lots do with ours. It’s almost like we aren’t the only country with issues
  12. I suspect the vast majority of the world would rather live somewhere else than where they do if it was possible. For example I’d rather live on the Amalfi coast than North Yorkshire but it’s not possible for me to do that for many reasons. It’s almost like in a hysterical rant he completely misunderstood what was being said, but we all know he wouldn’t do that and he makes sure he had his facts right before going into meltdown
  13. Ran on the pitch grabbed the mic and screamed “I refuse to sing for an unelected leader to be saved by a false deity” and dropped the mic 🎤
  14. He was too busy reading the Sun
  15. Are you sure you shouldn’t be a Liverpool or Celtic fan Sog? I’ve just got back from a day out at Anfield with our u10s team trip to the Liverpool v Celtic legends game. Several times the entire ground sang “if hate the tories clap your hands” I think you’re better suited to these clubs sog. Perhaps you should join their forums? You’d fit in better there I think
  16. Can you imagine the interview? me sog, can you give us an example of when you were faced with a challenging situation and how you overcame it? well yes, I post on an Internet forum which is great way to share my incredible insights with the wider world and if anyone disagrees with me i just call them a Tommy Robinson supporting narcissists and if that doesn’t work pretend I’ve put them them on ignore
  17. If anyone ever needs and example of how to waste your life here it is.
  18. That’s what I think. She’s like an infatuated teenager besotted with her first love. It’s embarrassing a grown women behaving like that. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they had a drunken fumble in an empty office during a lockdown party and she’s now the mad stalker that he can’t shake off.
  19. A thread about the best time we’ve narrowly avoided failure. Sums out the mentality of the club.
  20. Bloody tories.
  21. include it in the TUI 5 things you noticed summary on monday.
  22. the reasoning that any decent manager would have easily won the world cup or Euros by now is mental. We've had much better managers than Southgate who haven't done anywhere nearly as well. Erikson & Capello were up there with the reputations as the best managers in the world when they took the England job, neither got past the quarter finals. Veneables, Robson and Hoddle all probably considered better managers than Southgate and didn't make it past the semi finals. It isn't easy to win tournement football, there are a lot of factors rather than just picking the same team game after game and expecting them to sweep everyone else away. You can make all the arguements you like about what Southgate should and shouldn't have done in various games but he's still only one of two managers to take us to a final and one of only two manager to take us beyond a quarter final when it's not played in England. Give the man some credit.
  23. Now down to 10. How much is this game like the Euro final and World Cup semi
