  1. Okay so you believe that the vaccines are working. So next question if they’re working then which country is likely to have fewer serious infections. One where 36% of the population are vaccinated or one where 80% are vaccinated?
  2. What has that got to do with anything i said? All you've done there is copy and paste and state the bleeding obvious. Well done. Think very slowly before you answer this question. Do you believe the vaccines are working against serious infections?
  3. It wasn't my research either, it's all there on the WHO website, anyone can view it. Does logic not tell you that if natural immunity and vaccinations are indeed a thing, as Savid seems to day and we have a much higher percentage of both then we should see lower or worst case similar impact in terms of severity? Also lets not forget for the first year or so of this pandemic UK testing was absolutely shambolic so there is likely to be far more cases than recorded here as well, along with people who had it without even knowing.
  4. According to the World Health Organisation it is. South Africa: WHO Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Dashboard With Vaccination Data | WHO Coronavirus (COVID-19) Dashboard With Vaccination Data The United Kingdom: WHO Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Dashboard With Vaccination Data | WHO Coronavirus (COVID-19) Dashboard With Vaccination Data Maybe you should contact the WHO to tell them they are wrong, afterall you would know, you read an article about it.
  5. It seems like there isn’t a lot in it when it comes to obesity https://www.dailymaverick.co.za/article/2019-09-19-obesity-crisis-threatens-south-africas-health-system/ https://www.healthexpress.co.uk/obesity/uk-statistics half of South Africans and 60% of UK. we also need to remember covid 19 has been accused of being racist is the past with a much bigger impact on the BAME community, although we’re not allowed to mention it surely with a much higher percentage of black people in SA this would balance out the age factor.
  6. SA has c5% of the population having already had covid UK has c16%. In theory UK should have great natural immunity from previous covid waves. SA has c35% of the country double vaccinated UK has 81% with 48% now on their third jab. Uk should have higher immunity from vaccine also. so why would people infected in SA have mild symptoms due to these things but UK won’t? I believe it’s what some might say, is not rocket science.
  7. SA is about 10% smaller in population than the UK but has had 7m less infections. They also only have around 35% of the population double vaccinated. So why would it be different here? More than 3 times the infections and a far higher vaccination take up. If anything it should be even more mild than there. Simple logic tells you that
  8. So why would that be the case on SA but not the UK?
  9. havent they removed natural immunity as part of their covid passport? also according to this omicron avoids natural immunity https://www.imperial.ac.uk/news/232698/omicron-largely-evades-immunity-from-past/ making it up as they go
  10. If there are only 37k recorded omicron cases in the country in total which is what they are reporting then then the 67% growth isn’t that is it
  11. Don’t worry, I’m sure there will be some more omicron infections tomorrow
  12. Coming down and not doubling although they’ve stuck in the caveat that “experts believe real numbers to be much higher” 🤣🤣
  13. 12k omicron today, 10k yesterday apparently https://www.itv.com/news/2021-12-19/12000-new-omicron-cases-reported-in-uk-as-record-number-of-booster-jabs-given UK first detected a case on the 27th November we seem to be rather a long way behind!
  14. 82k infections today, third day of decline in a row. Thought it was meant to be doubling every other day?
  15. Red on review. Great game but If that’s a red so is Kanes. Kane has missed some sitters today
  16. What are the actual numbers?
  17. Three or four years ago they were talking about an additional 50,000 deaths due to a high flu infection year. Why weren’t they talking about Lockdown then?
  18. Anyone know the numbers of flu deaths and infections so far this winter?
  19. Some people get hit by cars, should we have winter driving bans because accidents are more likely in bad weather?
  20. Where do you think that myth perpetuates from? Could it be that all we hear about are daily infection rates, both in positive tests and in future modelling? Why do we never hear about hospitalisations or serious illness so we can draw a conclusion as to the efficacy of the vaccinations? Surely these are the figures that matter
  21. Why does anyone whose comments are not with the popular narrative “have an agenda”? Equally it could be said you have an agenda as you’re assuming she’d be much more likely to have far worsen symptoms without a vaccine when in reality universities were rife with covid this time last year with the vast majority still only having mild symptoms. But that doesn’t fit your agenda does it
  22. 200,000 cases a day. Hang on a sec she heard this number before…. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/world/2021/jul/18/uk-covid-cases-could-hit-200000-a-day-says-neil-ferguson-scientist-behind-lockdown-strategy-england Turns out once again it’s nonsense what a surprise. You can come out from Behind the sofa now https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/12/17/sajid-javids-200000-daily-omicron-cases-claim-no-longer-valid/ https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10323043/amp/Covid-cases-NOT-doubling-two-days.html
  23. Yes interesting isn’t it that despite the constant demands to protect the NHS from those above us none of their plans include increasing capacity. If we’re set for for all these deaths and hospitalisations why aren’t they spinning up nightingale hospitals again?
  24. Has she? I wasn’t aware, thanks for letting me know. You’re right I don’t think she’s mentioned it
