Its not on the audioboo piece but in the full interview Adkins said he expects 'some movement this weekend' when talking about incoming transfers.

Adkins said on Solent he hopes AOC will be back for Sat and that we might see some movement re transfers over the weekend, whatever that means. Otherwise he agreed we were much better in first half than second and he is happy with preseason, everyone fit and ready to go.

Can't see why the result is overly important, we drew away at a L1 team and took off a lot of our better players. Overall a good pre season. Hopefully Adkins will be asked about additions after the game!

I doubt Chambo is fit to start the season, same for Barnard. Not a lot of great attacking options on the bench.

We don't know its jemal obviously, but he certainly fits the bill in a variety of ways and is a Saints type signing.

I'm willing to trust the club, signings so far this summer have been good, and Jemal as a Tunisia regular who has been linked with Stoke, Fulham and Zenit can't be too bad a player.

If you look at Jemal's Facebook he is responding to people who ask about Saints...and he isn't denying it (if it is him)

Brighton away, seeing as I live there the moment when Fonte headed that winner was awesome and when I knew we would go up. Also Lambert's free kick vs Bournemouth at Dean Court - just to silence their fans and underline the extra class we have. Another big moment was standing behind the goal at Exeter when Lambert scored the winner there in the 90th, massive game that was.

Yeah - and the apparant quality of the two so far shows they are targetting the right players - who are as good or better than our existing best players! Total trust in NA and NC and the wonderful talent and identification setup we have at this football club. Together as one.

Notice how Adkins has given Morgan and Cork quite a bit of game time together in the friendlies... More of a shame is this stupid new subs rule which means one of the four central midfielders is likely to not make the matchday squad, unless we have no keeper on the bench.

Yeah need to see what he can do on a cold night in Barnsley etc but it seems he has a great attitude which is half the battle.

Adkins has said in a few interviews now we will see one or two more players in. Assuming one is a central defender (Jemal maybe) then hopefully the other will be a striker who runs in behind. I feel this would then give us a great squad to do pretty well in the Championship. He said he would strengthen he spine of the team which would indicate a striker as the last signing, plus we can obviously supplement with loans of needed. If we cover those two bases then IMO the weakest areas we would have are full back and GK, both of which are still more than good enough for this league. Its looking good....if the two new boys are as good as the two brought in so far!

Seaborne is the new boo boy on here but I think he is ok and currently a better player than Martin who needs loaning out to get regular games. Also gives nice left footed balance.
