Ross is likely being advised by his agent but he needs to be careful. This football club stood by him for long periods when he was unavailable, we've been extremely patient. He must realise that he is not suddenly going to be injury free and another club might give him less slack than we have. You'd think he would want to show us some loyalty but, as with integrity and fair play, that's a precious commodity in the murky world of football. At the end of the day it's his decision but hope he stays.

Agree but we'll never know and nor will Daniel because he's made his commitment so early in the summer.

If we're honest nobody knows exactly what happened or how it transpired regarding the allegations of bullying other than those within the club who were actually involved. There may have been significant bullying or it may have been relatively minor. It goes on at every workplace so let's not make out we are the only organisation doing it and that's not me condoning it, I'm just trying to put it into perspective. Doesn't make me a 'cool kid' or mean that I'm not acknowledging what's happened.

I think the point is that Daniel has moved early to commit to us which he should be commended for. If he'd waited there may have been many more offers coming in to him but he makes clear in his interview that he loves it here. Fair play to the guy and he's already my Player of the Season for 2026/27 🙂

Yeah but they'll twist it to beat up Daniel for agreeing to sign for a bunch of cheats.

We have only lost one game with Daniel in goal and that was his debut against Hull when I think we might have still been playing a back three.
