Lallana may have been a good player but when it comes to coaching, a totally different area, he is a mere novice compared to Will Still. if he is part of the team he will need to show Still the respect he deserves as the senior and far more experienced man.

There are clearly doubts about what Dibling can achieve in the game. It seems that he started in the Prem as a relative unknown and showed some promise yet opponents soon worked out how to nulify him. As to what we could get for him in today's market, that's a difficult one but I suspect it will be way below some of the huge values being bandied about.

The lack of high energy goes for most of the current squad.

He simply does not have the physique to be a professional footballer. If he could put on some muscle in the gym maybe but he seemingly does nothing to improve his strength.

Looking forward to Will Still's first official interview to hear his hopes and aspirations for the club and how he intends to set out to achieve whatever ambitions he has. Should be a fascinating insight into what we can expect.

Good luck Will and welcome to the madhouse that is Southampton FC. If he can bring some calm and order to the situation he'll be a breath of fresh air. As fans we want to restore our pride in our club and get back to being able to get excited at every upcoming fixture. The least we expect is a squad that is at the peak of physical fitness come the start of the season. He seems to have some positive ideas as to how players should be prepared for games and claims to be unafraid to change things during matches if necessary. Lots to be positive about but the proof will be in the pudding so let's see how the team shapes up. Have a feeling Will is going to be good for us.
