Yes, he can manage in the prem league, but I can't see one of the big four knocking on his door. Celtic fit in to Championship level for me. I think what Gordon likes is a challenge, and that's what he'll get here. He'll have the financial backing without the pressure of the very top level. I'll be chuffed if he signs.
