Thanks bro but i'm gonna say no on this one - he doesnt float my boat and based on Ibrahima's performances to date i'd like us to go back shopping in France which is pretty cheap like us.

Maybe the main problem is you dont read peoples comments properly, I said "At least with Ralph I know what he is trying to do" -

Puel's style was boring and we spent a season passing side ways and backwards and he is also 15th in the french league currently with St Etienne At least with Ralph I know what he is trying to do, we are trying to be quick in transition but we are currently lacking the players to do it due to injuries and lack of backing. -

Not at judging players https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11700/10533142/nathan-redmond-similar-to-arsenal-legend-thierry-henry-claims-southampton-boss-claude-puel -
Yeah I'd agree with this. Wages + age + impact do not add up for Bertrand. Ing's looks like he is off so bye bye in the summer thanks for the goals. Remove as much deadwood from the wage bill as possible and get younger and hungry players in.

Not signing up, any relevant notes ? -
It's hard to be optimistic when you see the same faults over and over again. Squad depth and quality, I just hope we meet a team soon who gets fucked over by var, can't score or we have a covid outbreak and postpone our games. Just want 6 more pts asap please.
-
Conversely we lost because we couldn't execute our attacks properly. We are more likely to have good games defensively based on this season than good games attacking in my view. We all know if we go behind we are going to struggle, it's been apparent since Ings first injury period. Squad depth and.backing.for the manager is my main gripe.
-
That's not what I said, I said their finishing was clinical and was the difference for me, we had good chances but they were squandered.
-
Yeah and all their goals were good finishes
-
Alternative view alert - I thought on the whole we were alright. Thought defence and both central mids worked hard, Romeu was quality. The biggest difference was their clinical finishing when they had opportunities where as we couldn't finish in a gang bang. Our front 4 just are not clicking.

Cheers Ralph I captained ings this week and also have the Japanese Messi starting. Hopefully Che does score and Danny replaces Redders on the 60 mins and gets a quick hat trick

agree Betrand was rubbish at villa before we took him and no one expected him to be the stalwart he is

as many as possible, I want us to be the number 10 hoarders of europe. Seriously though I could get behind Mini joining us, keeping Theo on lower wages as both players would give us strong options to rotate and upfront. If Ings goes say for 20mil who we thinking we could get as I think goalscoring from midfielders is going to be needed. - Daka purely cos he plays for RB Salz and maybe we could afford him. @Matthew Le God its your time to shine amigo I've got a challenge for you. who in FM could play in a 4-2-2-2 and is under 25 and could be affordable and eligible post brexit to play for us ?
-
If I was going to play the make believe game. Id have a better ball playing GK who has good hands. Younger LB to replace betrand Back up for Armstrong Keep Mini and Theo Buy a cheaper replacement if Ings goes (Daka from RB Salz)

Also loved Djnepo's today, was fighting for everything, keep it up.

I am finally getting the idea based on Redmond and Armstrong doing it a lot that the cut inside from the right into the midfield looking for runners (like todays goal) is a clear tactic we play and i like it. If we could get that option working from the left then it would be awesome as well. Not Redders biggest fan but he did good today in that role and a great ball to Taki but with him and Japanese messi in the team we are a bit weak in terms of bodystrength, Che could of held the ball up better. Mo looked very good, quick and i liked the left footed direct passes through chelsea forward players into the midfield which launched quick attacks. If we have him and Vestie doing that from the back then the incisive passing will help launch attacks quicker. Not sure what to think about Oriel and JWP, think they did ok but in comparison to what Kante did for chelsea from midfield today they looked very slow, would bring Diallo in when he's back and maybe give JWP a rest as he surely needs some time off.

I think over the last 6-7 games its not that harsh, would like to see a vest salisu pairing for a bit
