Isnt it a bit of a double edged sword saying they are staying on, like they were considering sacking him ? but we've decided he's good enough for the season. As our friend says the DOF Chorley seems to have a lot to answer for but i wonder how many of the new recruits were insisted on by the SR scouting rather than the clubs thoughts. Sounds a bit ominous- https://www.getfootballnewsfrance.com/2023/official-valenciennes-appoint-ahmed-kantari-as-head-coach/ Results have hardly improved since Maciel departed and Kantari is yet to find the team’s second win in the league. Two losses and a victory in the Coupe de France over a team three divisions below them have not been a great start for the new manager. It looks highly likely that VAFC will be relegated at the end of the season with four clubs being demoted into the Championnat National this year and results yet to improve for the struggling team.

I want to see the following and treat it seriously Baz Bree (if back KWP needs a rest) THB. Stephens. Manning (reluctantly as our spanish smurf has no legs) Smallbone Charles Charly. SAA (or S Armstrong) Mara Fraser I would expect some good interplay with mara, charly and fraser based on how they have worked together in their cameos.

yeah he did well with feyenoord last season, wouldnt surprise me to see him go back on loan as slot likes him.
-
Have to say seemed a fair result, sargeant was a bastard at our place and his impact today warranted the goal, not sure who messed up for it tho, have a vague recollection S Armstrong should of fouled him outside the box. Would be interesting to see how we perform with another goal scoring striker to play with Arma. Feel like we arent seeing the goals we should expect from Joe and S Armstrong. Bummer about benders, THB was awesome again. Felt manning gave the ball away too much and his corners never looked dangerous or maybe i've been spoiled by JWP. Aarma quality, always working keep it up mate. Like that charly created 2 chances in his 8mins cameo, hopefully he starts in FA Cup.

Our forwards

hahahaha didnt notice that but the stats look pretty valid

Compared to last season the bro has improved massively especially since he receives the ball way more. Some of his "saves" have been weak but he is a young keeper and will improve, i think people underestimate how much his passing gives our CBs and wing backs freedom and quickly they forget him forcing last minute goal and saves in some recent games. Stats so far - not sure how they sort this but he looks like the 5th best keeper so far.

Guys democracy is a failed concept.

Read a Norwich fan say they are shit and expect Wagner to park the bus. Another win, we roll on 8-2

Never heard of the bloke but he does look like his photo - profile below from city Born and brought up in Manchester, the skilful attacking midfielder has progressed through the Club’s age groups with great distinction since joining City as an Under-9. Blessed with impressive versatility, Hamilton can operate either through the middle but also out wide where he has harnessed his blistering pace to hurt defences at all age groups. Having made his mark through successive age groups at City, the 19-year-old tasted Premier League Under-18 north action for the first time in 2018/19 before making his next appearance in the competition the following season as City came first in the regional section. However, it was during the 2020/21 campaign where Hamilton truly made his mark on the competition by harnessing his natural goal-scoring ability alongside his talent and technique. He found the target regularly as City’s Under-18s marched towards both the northern regional title and national crown. Across that campaign, the England youth international scored 11 goals and registered eight assists in 22 league appearances – averaging a goal contribution at a rate of just under one per game. Hamilton continued his fine career progression in the following 2021/22 season, one which also saw him make maiden appearances in both the UEFA Youth League and EFL Trophy while he was also regularly included in our Elite Development Squad as City lifted the Premier League 2 title for a second successive campaign. Though much of last season saw him sidelined through injury, upon his return in March he scored three goals and registered one assist to help City’s Under-21s go on to secure a third successive PL2 title. Hamilton has kicked on again so far this term, captaining the EDS at the start of the new campaign where he has already provided three goals to his colleagues in five matches. Throughout his time with City, our starlet has passed every test with flying colours when he has been challenged with stepping up an age group. Now he’ll be aiming to grasp the next opportunity with both hands in Serbia.

just some beauties from the leeds forum "Playing Piroe is like starting with 10 men." "I reckon DF is DOF material rather than manager." 'My god, I feel so disillusioned & drained after what was a horrific display."
