  1. The woe increases and this morning it seems they have ANOTHER new owner!
  2. Your post prompted me to have a dig! High calibre hip hop. I'd forgotten how good.
  3. To the best of my knowledge NC has made no public comment about the matter. That demonstrates professionalism. Murray on the other hand has used the Echo in an attempt to publicly undermine NC.
  4. Blackalicious - 'Nia'.
  5. I shall add you. Join Raven.
  6. I am sitting on the naughty step.
  7. The term Kop is not unique to Liverpool. It is named after Spion Kop. Have a look at the Wiki link, you'll be surprised how many Kops there are, I bet that like me, you've been to a fair few of them too. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spion_Kop_(stadia)
  8. 2 point infraction like me?
  9. Frankie Goes to Hollywood - 'Welcome to the Pleasure Dome'. Trevor Horn is a genius as the title track from this otherwise unremarkable album proves.
  10. Have you actually been inside Staplewood? It does need sorting out. FFS our team are playing FIFA 09 on a basic Xbox360 and a 32" LCD.
  11. DJ Shadow / Q-Bert - 'Camel Bobsled Race'. DJ Q-Bert - 'Demolition Pumpkin Squeeze Music'.
  12. Good stuff. Both excellent, but if I had to choose a favourite I'd plump for the latter.
  13. I reiterate what I have said elsewhere on this forum. **** Murray and **** the echo. It seems like a couple of sperm guzzling echo employees are posting on this thread to try and win over popular support. Jog on!
  14. MK franchise support is woeful.
  15. I can't believe I just wasted my time reading this guff.
  16. I like the idea of a shirt similar to our first shirt. I would imagine that the crest would be redesigned or would revert to an older crest with some mention near the crest to the anniversary. "125th Anniversary 1885 - 2010".
  17. I have to agree with MorningtonCrescent and Vershinin. Hopefully the potential singers dotted around the stadium haven't become too entrenched.
  18. I've been playing for a couple of days and I really like it. I'm more of a Warhawk fan than a COD fan, and I feel Marco's point about people dropping out to leave a core of fanatics is a valid one. That is what happened with Warhawk and it is one of the many reasons why it is the best online game ever. I feel MAG will go the same way. It is still early days and I feel very few people have got to grips with the giving/acting upon orders element of the game. I have been playing with some Americans who seem to have a better idea of how to play. This game has real potential. And that potential lies in teamwork. Intelligent players who organise themselves and communicate effectively will succeed; lone wolves, who pay no heed to their other team mates will soon lose interest and gravitate back to COD. I do like the fact that you are rewarded for being a team player......for example, medics earn extra XP for helping wounded teammates. Marco, I agree that the graphics are not of the same calibre as COD, but as a first generation arcade gamer I know that graphics are of little importance. I'm also impressed by the lack of lag and the crystal clear comms. There are rather a lot of snipers but that is normal. Warhawk was the same. It took me quite a while to gain enough confidence to venture out of the missile turrets and sniper spots and fully appreciate the close combat. MAG........ damn....... it's hard!
  19. I just laughed so hard that I gave myself a hernia. You can expect a letter from my solicitor.
  20. I think you're being over generous there.
  21. What's going on? Is it National Mystery Music Day already?
  22. Tempted to get this...... Stones Throw do uncover some gems from the past and re-issue them. Should I invest in the CD or just MP3?
  23. "Serve the People!"
  24. Done. Stick them in the naughty corner next to the Kingsland codgers. Let's create that 'wall of sound' (although not in an actress murdering, Phil Spector way).
