As i stated in the OP on the rumour thread,Cortese and Zola alledgedly are long time aqaintances.

Continuity through this transitional period?

British or English?

Could people that believe they are ITK use the PM system to converse with each other,if it's that delicate don't put it out there at all.

If he is English i am going to be disappointed,there is not one 'Englishman' of the names mentioned or available thus far that is better than Pardew. British or foreign are the only names that will appease me.

I am extremely underwhelmed by some of the names being banded about as our new prospective manager/coach. many of them,imo,are not the calibre of Pardew,i know he had many detractors and we are a league 1 side but ffs. I know i am setting my sights very high but as far as i'm concerned we were lucky to entice AP. I would have him over 95% of the names listed. All, imo.

We have been left way behind this transfer window and now with APs' departure i'm not convinced we will enter the race to sign anyone else. I know the loan window will be open still but we don't have anyone at the helm,barring Cortese,and i'm concerned that he will be the man who chooses the targets. It's a mess at the moment,imo.

Rumours have been touted that Zola could quite possibly be next in line to be manager. Now these rumours i have had given me are via the same people that put me onto the Do Prado signing. They are Italian based and state that Cortese and Zola are longtime aquaintances...i initially stated on the Rovers build up thread that i was led to believe that if we lose that Pardew would be ousted,seems a 0-4 away win will not satisfy Cortese. As for Zola,mmm, i'm not sure he is the man for the job. What do you think?

This decision is just rediculous. Stability is the key,especially with what has passed the last couple weeks,losing Markus. I did suspect this and i fully expect Zola to be installed as i stated on the Rovers build up thread.
