If my son was the victim i would happily tie the noose,pull the trigger,insert the syringe, or plug them into the mains. Sorry if this seems callous and immoral,but if proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the said perpertrator commited the crime against my child then they left their right to live behind, the moment they laid thier filthy hands on him. The likes of Shipman,Huntley,Sutcliff to name just a couple should not have been allowed to breath the same air a moment longer once they are proven guilty. And as for Thomson and Venables,they may well have been 'children' when they abducted james Bulger,but they should have remained in custody for the rest of their natural lives. The only thing that saved them was that they were kids themselves.

Also this problem is becoming more prevelant during the execution procedure,again according to the radio report i heard. Now, i don't disagree that his crime was dispicable and imo he deserves punishment,but i cannot imagine what was going through his mind......just get it done or please stop. Now he waits a week.....to go through it again. Some would say the more he suffers,good,just like his victim suffered when he carried out his crime on an innocent child.

You are indeed correct,PL will impose harsher sanctions on clubs that are in financial difficulties,one of these sanctions will be halting all transfer dealings for the club in question. Also all clubs have to produce an extensive audit of their financial dealings periodically,i believe each March. PL will also have the capacity to make financial decisions regarding that club. All take place with immediate effect. The ultimate sanction is expulsion from the league,however i somehow doubt this would happen.
