I went to the athletics last night & it was 'kin brilliant. Got there about 2ish. Parked in Loughton and 5 stops or so to Stratford and straight into the park which, must be said, was mighty impressive. The volunteers were excellent & the whole experience was top draw & the noise in the stadium when Jess ran her 200m was enough to make your teeth rattle. Whole thing was very well organised & my sports mad nipper wants to do Rio in 2016 instead of cricket in the WI or the WC in Brazil!

The S4E days were fun. Whatever happened to Elvis? Baiting Javi until he exploded & threatened to kill everyone was enjoyable. I'm still in contact with Keith & he's still a top bloke.
