  1. Says the man who hates black people.
  2. We're not but thanks for the generalisation.
  3. So a tory government is going to change primary lesgislation, set by a tory government that is deemed to be working by all sides? No, didn't think so. Still, you carry on about education as you clearly have a great grasp of how it all works.
  4. Red herring as explained before but good try.
  5. You do realise that they were brought in and ring fenced by a tory government hence the name Baker days? Wouldn't want you looking silly.
  6. He'd better start with the parents then and then the primaries as by the time they get to secondary it's often too late.
  7. Thankfully my wife will be in an academy from next year and her job is safe, that's already decided.
  8. They are contracted to FE colleges and the qualifications needed in the adult sector are different to schools. I have both.
  9. Well that's not going to happen. Perhaps they can save money by not putting Jack up in hotels when his SSN is alongside in a foreign port?
  10. Yes, my wife is a Higher Level TA. She is the school dyslexia specialist and runs the accelerated reading courses for those kids that arrive from primary school with very low skill levels. She also teaches ASDAN courses for kids unable to access the national curriculum.
  11. It will certainly stop them moving to the right and maybe signal with re-birth of One Nation Conservatism.
  12. I'm assuming that you don't listen to Moneybox or R4? Surveys in the City and by the CBI had Osbourne rated lower than both Darling and Cable. The same surveys had Clarke as the choice for a tory chancellor.
  13. Pity the markets don't rate him.
  14. As long as he cuts where is needed and doesn't adopt the slash and burn of the Thatcher years but he does strike me as more One Nation Conservative.
  15. I think it's plainly obvious that a large swathe of the PLP and Labour supporters in general didn't think that Labour should have gone into a coalition and Simon Hughes has just said said the same.
  16. Not according to the Liberals.
  17. 'kin 'ell Jamie, that's spot on!
  18. And the debates are going to make it more so, which is a shame.
  19. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
  20. I'd sooner the country didn't suffer a Thatcherite administration. Political allegiance 2nd to national interest over the next few years will do me.
  21. It rather plays into Labour hands as well as if it gets all nasty whilst they regroup they can say "not us guv" to the electorate. I think it's great that the tories have had to rely on a left wing party to prop them up and it means that they won't be able to get away with what they wanted to and if it means Clarke and Cable in the treasury most of us lefties will consider the election a good result.
  22. Oooooo. I like that. A lot.
  23. That's Nike Airmax and Shoxs.
  24. I've corrected it for you.
