I don't get your point. Both Norwich and Wigan price their season tickets very reasonable and have enjoyed success. It is not the case that being successful has to mean that ticket prices increase significantly.

Well scotty above has pointed out that it happened on his thread and no doubt there are others. It's pretty irrelevant, those are the rules and so it's no surprise he was infracted and banned when he continually broke them.

Some people like discussing serious topics on occasion. The religion threads for instance and topical news stories. You may not care but there are many who do, otherwise the lounge would not exist.

But I don't think the mods infracted deppo for posting a silly comment on a serious thread, it was more when it happened on a large number of occasions, proportionally Much more than any other poster. That is why he was infracted and ultimately banned.

Amazingly it is possible to discuss both serious and ridiculous subjects on the Internet.

Whereas I am basing my opinion that cork is a cracking npc player on the fact that he is highly sort after, proven at this level and is young so will most likely get better. My opinion is not fact as you claim but it is backed up with a heck of a lot of evidence. What are you basing your contrary opinion on? Other than one half of football out of position and your own expertise I mean.

He wrote an article about childcare which I wrote to him about daring to suggest that there are two sides to every story. He replied a couple of times with long flowing sentences shouting about how he was eminently more qualified to hold his opinion due to seeing orphans in Africa despite knowing none of my qualifications or areas of expertise. Of deppo posting wind up comments on serious threads? Have a quick look through his posting history. I gave you two examples earlier but if you are as curious as you claim, then go and have a look your self.

In isolation, did the comment on that thread merit an infraction? Probably not. But if it was the tenth or fiftieth example of deppo posting a wind up comment in a serious thread despite being asked not to then at some point he is going to get an infraction. I am certain that he did it lots of times and was not infracted. He certainly did it a heck of a lot more than other posters.

I believe we had this discussion last night where I told you it was best that you dropped it because you were not aware of the context an were thus not sufficiently qualified to answer. You will have to ask a mod but I trust them to run the forum as they see fit. As I told you, the forum is not a democracy.

Not sure why you think this has anything to do with me, this is about deppo being banned. Besides, I wouldn't be stupid enough to continually flout the rules on numerous ocassions. You are also forgetting that deppo himself had a habit of reporting other people's posts.

The old saintsweb had brilliant humour in the appropriate places. The use of the * in serious threads was respected and worked well. Posters who wrote silly stuff on serious threads were reprimanded. Nothing has changed in that sense.
