  1. What an idiot. Saying none of the insults flown his way were justified.
  2. On now. What a smug loser.
  3. But really it should be looked at with each individual case. The vast majority of our debt is due to the stadium which we got when in the prem.
  4. I agree with Baj. Listening to the administrator it really hit home just how in the **** we are.
  5. How hilarious that all these outside football ventures could be what saves us!
  6. Don't be an idiot. It was donated to saints for nothing
  7. But is the debt not part of the parent company which has gone into admin thus wiping the debts? Have we not established that the club is a seperate entity and if so what debts are assosciated with it (especially if the stadium and therefore the majority of debt is seperate.)
  8. upandaway is the worst poster on here and that's saying something.
  9. Hopefully the next few games will be packed and we can advertise the club that way. Good luck with finding a buyer Tim, there is never a better time to buy us now (plus any buyer will become a god amongst men in Southampton!)
  10. plus it encourages people to come forward.
  11. I phoned and they said corners open
  12. Depends what he is referring to here.
  13. I heard they got the lowest viewing figures since they started last week?
  14. That's a bit unfair Duncan. I just said I didn't believe we would go into admin due to reasons I have already described but I never doubt that you posted in good faith and I always listen to your snippets of info with interest
  15. About the most lame threads on here are ones about dreams...
  16. Why does Nick continually fail to grasp what the problems with the club are?
  17. No four year olds are good at art (well hardly any). As I said, it's not just about doing art, it teaches vital skills.
  18. This is either insanely clever or insanely stupid. We shall see...
  19. Do you mean Steve? Come on Duncan, you know every true fan on here really appreciates your info. (even Steve )
  20. It isn't just drawing and craft, it's a vital skill things like imagination and craft helps improve coordination and a host of other things (I won't bore you.) Suffice to say there is a method in it but also I know there will be planned activities at different times of the day and it's very difficult if one child refuses to join in with the group. They have to listen to your side though and work out a system which works best.
  21. Oh and my parents own four nurseries in Southampton (the best four if ofsted is anything to go by!) so I am speaking with a fair bit of experience in this matter.
  22. I would say you should listen to her but also encourage the language and maths based side. Having worked in a nursery it is extremely frustrating to try to talk to a parent to address any concerns. Almost always the reaction is "no never my child! There's never anything wrong." You will find that if someone has spent a lot of time with a child they will get to know them and if they have real concerns it is worth listening. I have no idea if this is the case with your child but it the parents will never ever listen even when I was trying to be helpful. Try and find an experienced member of staff at the nursery if possible. I know people who have been working in childcare for over twenty years and can immediately spot if something is not right (but as always the parent knows best.) So my advice is to speak to the childcare practitioner again to clarify exactly what her concerns are and if it is just because he finds it boring or if there are underlying more serious issues here.
  23. It's never simple with saints is it. No admin the points deduction, there are always extra bits and shady goings on and dealings.
