It just makes me laugh when people call the likes of Gerrard, Giggs and other players of big teams loyal. When you are earning astronomical sums it isn't loyalty! What difference is another 5k a week if you already earn north of 110k? Where should the likes of Giggs have moved to? He has had it all at Manu. Similarly Gerrard, he could move to someone like Chelsea but all the big clubs are largely similar and have a fairly equal chance of trophies every year. It's not loyalty to stay at ahuge club and it annoys me when people say it is because it devalues true loyalty shown by the likes of MLT.

I think that Ginge is saying that considering the hell we have been through over the last few years, it would be nice if people gave the new regime a chance and some slack and if they could look at things with a more positive viewpoint. Call it rose tinted if you must but to me it's just healthier and would make a nice change.

I feel sorry for Stern. TBH he was treated badly last season when he should have been given the chance to stay. He could have stayed this season though but I understand his reasons for going. I would prefer Rasiak anyway if we can keep him.

Other teams down there will be Hull, Burnley and Birmingham. Can't think of anyone else poorer than them other than that though.

I'm loving it. I don't want to see them go under conpletely but would love them to be permanently crippled so they must spend the next 40 years at least below us. That would be dandy.
